The staff is commendable, but the building has issues. Once again, there was next to no light in the laundry room. I wedged a waste basket between the door and door jam to let in sufficient light to see what I was doing. That fix barely worked. To do laundry, you must use an app. OK, but frequently, the app doesn't connect, and you receive an error message that there's no Internet connection. Water shutoffs due to leaks happen at least once a month and usually more. Repairs typically take hours. In the last 6 weeks or so, there've been two false fire alarms. One is required to take the stairs in the event of an alarm. That is difficult for seniors with mobility issues. Also difficult with pets. The alarms freak pets out, and getting them downstairs is a huge challenge. I hope whoever is setting off false alarms is found and punished. If you're thinking of moving here, the frequent water outages, fire alarms, and inconsistent laundry facility availability are factors to consider. I'm writing this as a long-time resident who is really frustrated!

We did not have to wait at all for Ryan to jump into action! It’s a relief every time he shows up. He seems to fix just about anything and the nicest guy too.
